Eligibility

  • Open to individuals aged 14 to 22 years.
  • Participants under 18 years of age must obtain prior permission from their parents, guardians, or institutions before entering.

Categories

  • Category 1: Ages 14-16 years
  • Category 2: Ages 17-19 years
  • Category 3: Ages 20-22 years

Photography Specifications:

  • Theme: Choose any one of the following themes for your entry:
    • Through the Lens of Youth
    • Cultural Vibes
    • Urban Chronicles
    • Portraits of Emotion
    • Beyond the Frame
    • Expressions in Motion
    • Nature’s Symphony
  • File Format: Submit photos in JPEG or PNG format.
  • Resolution: Minimum resolution of 1920×1080 pixels.
  • File Size: Each photo must not exceed 5 MB.
  • Editing: Basic edits like cropping, brightness, and contrast adjustments are allowed. Overediting or excessive manipulation will lead to disqualification.
  • Watermarks: No watermarks, logos, or identifying marks on photos.
  • Originality: All photos must be original and not previously published or awarded.

Submission

  • Maximum Entries: Participants may submit up to 3 photographs.
  • File Naming Convention: Name the files as Participant Name_Category (e.g., JaneDoe_14-16).
  • Submission Process:
    • Upload photos to Google Drive, Dropbox, or a similar platform.
    • Share the submission link with EduJunior through the official contest form.

Entry Fee and Registration

  • Entry Fee: INR 299, payable during registration.
  • Complete the online registration form and payment process.
  • Registration Deadline: Registration closes on February 28th, 2025.

Evaluation Criteria

Entries will be judged based on:

  • Relevance to the theme
  • Creativity and originality
  • Technical aspects (lighting, composition, focus)
  • Overall visual impact

Application Process

1: Registration

  • Complete the online registration form and submit the entry fee.
  • You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration.

2: Submission

  • Submit photographs as per the given specifications.
  • Ensure the submission link remains accessible until the results are announced.

3: Announcement and Awards

  • Winners and runners-up will be announced between 20 – 25th March.
  • Prizes and certificates will be delivered digitally or by post.

  • The jury’s decision is final and binding.
  • By participating, entrants grant EduJunior permission to use their photos for promotional purposes.
  • Non-compliance with contest guidelines will result in disqualification.
